Broadwater Apartments is nestled in the Broadwater area of the unique and vibrant seaside town of Worthing. The research into Worthing uncovered a rich history of Art Deco architecture and the golden era of cinema, harkening back to flapper girls, jazz music and flamboyant excess.
During the branding, we successfully designed a modern font taking inspiration from Worthing's heyday. The marketing process created for this project became the blueprint for all further projects. This is still Regency Residential's fastest-selling property development.
