I began my career as a web and graphic designer then progressed to become a results-focused marketing manager. Having previously worked in design roles I feel I am uniquely placed to be able to communicate with designers and programmers in their language and understand what motivates them. I enjoy balancing myself between hands-on work and the management of the team while improving staff members to produce better standards of work.

At Regency, I have overseen a re-brand and tonal shift in messaging to customers. Similar to Assetz, Regency had a professional, but also a cold almost unapproachable image. Through changes to the brand, the website and internal company changes I have helped change the company's ‘tone of voice’ to help relate them to their clients better. Performance of the website increased and response to development launches was better for the in-house sales team as well as external sales agents.
As Group Marketing Manager at Assetz, I instigated and oversaw a change in focus away from company priorities to client priorities. I have successfully managed major projects including the Company re-brand, Website design, SEO projects, Google analysis, in-house CRM system, marketing reports/plans and social media focus. Through A/B testing and optimisation, I increased the conversion rate of Assetz Property’s website by 360% since taking over the role and it is currently still at an industry high 12% conversion rate for all users. In 2016 Asset Property won ‘Website of the year ‘ at the Property Investor Awards.
When I began at Assetz I was a Web Designer with a background in Graphic design. As the sole responsible person for the brand, I ensured consistency across the groups' divisions. This included the groups, website, brochures, stationery and in-house brand rules.
After working for a few small web design agency’s I started a company myself with 5 colleagues. During this time I learnt first hand about business, marketing, management, time management and client relations.
Whilst at Timemedia I was given my first managerial role with a small three-person team dedicated to managing clients who needed updates and re-designs of their websites.
